Stevens Institute’s Enterprise Web Services was in the process of building a university-wide in-house intranet portal for students, faculty, staff and research partners. Their plan was to use the latest Open Atrium collaboration distribution and their development team had limited experience in this area and had concerns about future performance of the application. SDG partnered with Stevens in a consultative role to review their approach, provide guidance and brainstorm options for performance optimization.
